The source code for the HP1000 signal processing microcode for models A700 (floating-point), A900 (floating-point and integer) and A990 (floating-point) is now available under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license. No warranty nor support is provided. The source, some binaries and documentation is contained in a single zip file.
